Day51(4/July/2019) 東能代―秋田

７４０発。気温１９度。今日の秋田市の天気予報は午前中雨で午後から曇り。昼くらいに秋田市に着きたいなと出発。平坦な道が続き曇り空から時々日がのぞく。秋田はやはり米どころだな。。。

だが、秋田よ！お前もか！！！歩道に１００ｍ毎と１０００ｍ毎の表示。なぜ歩道に？　なぜ新潟まで？　この国道7号は青森と新潟を結んでいるからだろうが、こんな表示は青森では見なかったはず。秋田に入って突然登場。それも歩道に！秋田の人は、歩いて新潟まで巡礼でもするのか？　新潟にカアバ神殿でもがあるというのか？無駄以外の何物でもない！

と思いながら進んで行き道を曲がると、今度はイスタンブールのアヤソフィアが突然登場！面妖な（失礼！）建物が！なんと秋田市立体育館だった。トルコ人もびっくりだ！

今日は秋田に早く着いて、いろいろまわろうと思っていたが、興味をそそられるものがあまりなく秋田の竿灯を展示してある「ねぶり流し館」に実物を見に行く。一番大きいものは５０ｋｇもあるらしい。それを片手で操ったり、額に乗せたりしている。秋田竿灯を侮ってはいけない。

秋田藩主のいた旧久保田城に登り、御隅櫓（おすみやぐら）という所から市街を見下ろす。雨でなくて良かった。

最後はリクエスト？にお応えして、酒の本場、比内地鶏の本場で晩メシ。飲んだ酒の中では「ひまわり」かな～～

I went out at 740am. Temp:19. Since the weather of today’s destination would be rain in the morning, I liked to arrive there around noon time. Akita is famous as the excellent rice production place in Japan. I could see many paddy fields.

I found again like the road indication on Day30(13/June). At the side of pedestrian road, there were distance indication signs (one is in each 100m, the other in each 1km). Who cares? Especially, walking people. They walk more than 300km??? It is just a wasting money.

On the way to Akita-city, I encountered Ayasofya in Japan. What is this? It doesn’t match the atmosphere in the city. This is the public gymnasium of Akita-City.

I had been thinking that I could visit many interesting places in Akita City. However, I could not find such places regrettably. I visited “Kanto Festival Pavilion”. Akita-Kanto-Festival is very famous in Japan. The weight of a biggest Kanto (the decoration with paper lanterns) is 50kg. A semi-professional Kanto-person can handle it by one hand.  

 I visited the place where I could look over Akita city. Fortunately, it was not raining today.

Since sake and branded chiken in Akita are also famous, I went to Yakitori bar for the dinner. It was very nice.
