Day61(14/July/2019) 小松-福井。。勝山(Komatsu-Fukui...Katsuyama)

雨が降りそうな曇り。地面は濡れている。７２５発。気温２３度。雨の確率が４０％だったのでどこかで降られることを覚悟して、今日の目的地は短めの福井。途中、北陸新幹線延伸の建設が進んでいる。金沢から福井を経由して敦賀まで2022年には完成するらしい。
1045に福井着。福井といったら何でしょう？弘前といったら「ねぷた」魚津といったら「埋没林」と勉強してきましたが、福井といったら「東尋坊だ！」というのは還暦以上の人でしょう。そう今、福井といったら「恐竜」です。駅前の恐竜達の雄姿を見よ！ 曇っていていまいちだけど、福井は恐竜の街なのです。
恐竜の出現におののいているのか、駅前のきれいな道路には車は殆ど通っておらず、人もいない！ やはり恐竜はコワイもんね！
そして、ここ福井には恐竜を味わい尽くせる施設、富山県立恐竜博物館がある。2000年に開館。県立といってバカにしてはいけません。恐竜と化石に関しては国内最大です。是非行こうと思い、昨日場所を確認したら、なんと福井市ではなく化石が多く見つかっている勝山市（福井駅から東へ九頭竜川を３０ｋｍほどさかのぼった所）にあった。あちゃー自転車で行って帰って６０ｋｍ。それも登り。こりゃだめだ。だがしかし、そこにはえちぜん鉄道が通っており、終点から博物館までバスもある。行こう！Day9の会津若松方式だ！ 鉄道で1時間弱、バスで15分ほど。電車やバスに乗っている人たちはそんなに多くなかったので、「3連休の中日なのにこれかよ。恐竜様の神通力も大したことないな～！」と寂しく思って会場に着いたら、ものすごい車と人の数。なんじゃーーこれは読売ランドをこえたディズニーランドではないか！！（若干の誇張あり）
博物館の駐車場は満杯。１ｋｍ以内の沢山の駐車場も満杯の様子。根っからの田舎モンの私は混んでいるのが一番苦手。あーーーあと思っていたら、10分くらいで入場できた。
建物内部の作りも近代的。黒川紀章設計。この人の設計に関しては色々聞くが、ここは良さそう。
動く恐竜と本物の化石やレプリカが、これでもかと展示されている。恐竜Loverにとっては、ここは外せないでしょう。奇しくも、今日からから上野の国立科学博物館でも恐竜展が始まりました。恐竜Loverは勝山と上野をハジゴしたら、いい夏の思い出になるだろう！https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFovc95Pzio
閑話休題。福井の手前の加賀市に「動橋」という地名がありました。また、えちぜん鉄道の途中駅に「轟」という駅がありました。当然、「どうばし」や「とどろき」ではありません。何と読むか？ 答えは下に。
福井駅に帰ってきたら、行く時よりも人が増えている。福井市民は恐竜を克服したのか？ いや！ちがう！恐竜退治だ！ポネモンGO！だ。 ポケモンGO!ってまだ流行っていたんだっけ？

725am departure. It was cloudy today, too. Temp:23C. It might rain according to the weather forecast. That is way I decided to make a short trip today. The destination is Fukui, around 50km distance. On the way, there were a lot of construction places which were making the extension of Hokuriku Shinkansen. It will be connected from Kanazawa where I showed “Tsuzumi Gate” yesterday and Tsuruga in 2022.
I arrived Fukui Sta. at 1045am. Fukui pref. is promoting “Dinosaurs” as the symbol of pref. In front of Sta some dinosaurs were well displayed. They could move and small children were a bit scared.
Moreover, Fukui pref. has a modern and giant “Fukui Dinosaurs Museum” at Katsuyama city. It locates around 25km east from this station. I used “Echizen Railway” for 1 hour and connected bus for 15 mins. This “Fukui Dinosaurs Museum” was opened in 2000 and the design was futuristic. Regarding to the exhibition of dinosaurs and fossils, the size is No.1 in Japan. A lot of people were in the queue to buy the tickets and the parking lot was full. Coincidently, from today, “The National Science Museum” in Tokyo started the exhibition of “Dinosaurs”, too. If you are dinosaurs lovers, I recommend you to visit 2 museums in this summer. It will be unforgettable summer for you.
After I returned to Fukui Sta, I found many people in front of station, they were playing “Pokemon GO!”. They were catching dinosaurs in their smartphones.
