Day70(23/July/2019) 境港―安来―松江(Sakaiminato-Yasugi-Matsue)

出発前にNHK鳥取のローカルニュースを見ていたら、昨日行った「水木しげるロード」についてのニュースだった。そこは丁度1年前の7月にリニューアルされ、その効果で過去1年間の訪問者は322万人と前年比50％以上増えたとの事。やはり効果的にお金を使えば結果は出ることの証明だ。
815発。曇り。気温27度。曇っているので昨日ほど暑くない。さて今日の訪問先は安来駅から山側に１０Km程入った所にある足立美術館。足立美術館とは何ぞや？ そこは、アメリカの日本庭園専門誌 「The Journal of Japanese Gardening」で2003年から去年まで連続16年間「日本庭園日本一」に選ばれている美術館です。日本文化なんだから外国の評価がなんぼのもんじゃい！ と気にする必要もないのかも知れないが、折角近くにいるので行くことにした。まあ日本一に選ばれる庭園とはどんなものか大変興味があった事は事実。
玄関は至って普通。
入場料はまあー高くても1500円ぐらいかな～～と思っていたら2300円。ほほ～～強気な商売をしているじゃない！ そちらがそう出るなら、こちらにも考えがある。2300円分見尽くしてやらねば！
「庭園もまた一幅の絵画である」という創設者足立さんのコンセプトのもとに庭が設計されている。庭園の中には入れず、建物から眺めるという方式。
確かにすばらしい！
色々な角度から眺められるように大きな窓が配置してある。「一幅の絵画である」という意味も納得できる。
夏の今も素晴らしいが、ここの秋、冬、春はもっと素晴らしいだろうな～～
横山大観の収蔵も豊富だが、やはりここのメインは日本庭園です。満足しました。もっと入場料が安かったら満足度は頂点に達していたのに！！！ しかし、ここにも多くの中国人の観光客が訪れていた。

Before departure, I was watching NHK local news. They were talking about “Mizuki Shigeru Road” where I visited yesterday. This road was renewed just one year ago. During this one year after the renewal, 3.22mill people visited there which was 50% bigger than the one of previous year. This was the evidence that such an investment was effective.
815 departure. Temp:27C. I visited “Adachi Museum” in Yasuki city. What is “Adachi Museum”? This museum’ s Japanese garden has been selected as “No.1 Japanese Garden“ for 16years consecutively by American magazine “The Journal of Japanese Gardening”. It drew my attention.
The entrance was very normal.
I had imagined that the admission would be around US$15. But, it was US$23. It was expensive. I should watch everything for this investment!
This garden was designed by the concept of “The garden is also a picture” from Mr. Adachi, the founder of this museum. We could see through the gardens by many angles. They were beautiful. I could imagine the scenery could be much better in other seasons.
The collections of pictures by Yokoyama Taikan were also plentiful. However, the main dish of this museum was the garden. Many Chinese visitors were also there.
