Day69(22/July/2019) 倉吉―境港 (Kurayoshi-Sakaiminato）

朝6時の時点では空が暗く雨が降っており、今日はここに連泊せざるを得ないのかと思っていたら、次第に晴れて来て８３０の出発の時は青空。久しぶりだ。気温28度。夏が来た。
さて今日の最初の目的地は倉吉の隣の北栄町にある「青山剛昌ふるさと館」。青山剛昌といってすぐわかる人はアニメ好き。そう「名探偵コナン」の作者がこの町出身。私は別にファンでもないけど、うちの息子が「コナン」が好きなので代わりに来てあげた次第。
中身も今一つそそられるものがないな。。セル画や映画のポスターを見たってな。。
また最寄り駅（由良駅）もコナン駅になっているが、駅からふるさと館まで商店街ではなく家もまばらで間延びしている。頑張れ！子供たちは違った感想を持っているのかもしれないけど。。。
次に向かったのが境港。あの「水木しげるロード」のある境港です。図らずも今日はアニメの日になってしまった。「コナン」から「ゲゲゲ」まで６０ｋｍは本格的な夏になった。かなり日焼けしたはず。
境港の「水木しげる記念館」はアニメで町おこしを最初に始めた所なので、かなりうまくいっていると感じた。
駅から記念館まで８００ｍほどの商店街。まあ普通の土産物屋や飲食店が並んでいるが、「ゲゲゲ」のキャラクターが沢山使われており、歩道にはブロンズ像のキャラクターがこれでもかと並んでいる。
駅にはラップされた電車が止まっていた。頑張っている境港と水木しげるでした。
また境港の前には境水道があり、船の航行も見れて大変きれいな所だった。

(P.S.)境港に行く際に、最初米子市に入り、突然日吉津村（ひえづそん）という鳥取県唯一の村を通った後、また米子市になった。何だ、何だと思って後でチェックすると、日吉津村は日本海と残りの三方を米子市に囲まれている小さな村。4.2Km2しかないのに人口は4000人近く。村という感じじゃ全然ない。王子製紙の工場の大半が日吉津村にかかっているため税収が巨大なんだって。もっと調べると日本で6番目に小さい村だった。上には上がいるもんだ！
At 600am it was raining, and I thought I should stay here one more day. But the situation was becoming better and it was fine around 800am. There was a blue sky. I started at 830am. Temp:28C. The summer finally came to Japan.
Firstly, I went to the museum of Japanese famous animation “Detective Conan” near to Kurayoshi. My son is the fan of this animation. That was why I came here as the representative of my family though I was not so fan for this animation.
I thought the contents and presentation of this museum could be attractive more. The town itself tried to promote themselves through the concept of this animation. But it must take some time more.
After this place, I moved to Sakai Minato city where also had been promoting themselves through the concept of another animation “Gegege no Kitaro”. I believed that this city was the first one to promote through the animation. And it was successful. The contents of museum were nice and attractive to the visitors. And from the railway station to the museum there were a lot of statues of characters of this animation. The shops and restaurants were also matched to the concept. A lot of tourist were there. I hope the city of “Conan” would learn from this city and improve to attract the visitors more.

(P.S.) On the way to Sakai Minato City, I passed the small village, namely Hiedu village. This village is 6th smallest village in Japan. Its area is just 4.2km2. But they have around 3000 populations. It is surrounded by Yonago-city and Japan Sea. It was very strange for me why this kind of small local government could be existed. After I checked, I understood there was a big paper mill factory in the village and they got a huge tax revenue!
