Day39(22/June/2019) 利尻―稚内

天気予報では今日は雨。さあどうなるか？７００am過ぎから曇りになり道も乾いてきた。８４０発、気温14度。利尻島に立派な自転車専用道路があると知り、そこに行って見ることにした。昨日船で着く際に、海岸線よりかなり高い所にきれいな橋があり、高速道路？と思ってしまった道路だ。

その橋からの眺めもすばらしい。

自転車道路の近くに姫沼という沼があった。晴れていれば、利尻富士が映り込むという。沼の周りを歩けるようになっていて、今日もトレッキング。

利尻には、フェリーの着く港が二つあり、もう一つの港（沓形）に行って見ることにした。２０ｋｍ弱の距離。空も次第に明るくなってきた。港に近づくと大きな客船が停まっているのが見えた。日本の客船、パシフィックビーナス号で、青森、小樽などに寄りながら礼文、利尻が目的地のようだ。ここ利尻沓形の港には今朝7時に着いて、夜の7時に出るらしい。https://www.ytk.jp/cruise/tours/1206233_1589.html#ancDetail03

帰って来る時、曇りながらもやっと利尻富士の頂上が見えた。青空だったらもっときれいなんだろうな。

宿で荷物をPick-Upした後、汗だくになったので近くの温泉へ。

フェリーに乗り込む、まさにその時、大粒の雨が降って来た。ラッキー♪

According to the weather forecast, it rains today. However, around 700am rain stopped and the road became dry. I moved to the interesting bicycle road which hotel’s staff recommended. There were amazing bridges over valley, and I could look over the ferry port where I had arrived yesterday.

There was a lake namely “Hime-numa”. I did the trekking today too.

I tried to go to the other ferry port around 15km far from this port. When I arrived there, I found the anchored big passenger boat. This boat came from Aomori/Otaru.

On the way back to the hotel, I could see the submit of Mt. Rishiri-Fuji under cloudy sky. It could be very beautiful if it was under blue sky. Before I moved to the ferry port, I went to the public hot spring bath.
