Day49(2/July/2019) 弘前
今日は雨という予報だったし、弘前は初めてだし、少々疲れもあったので弘前にとどまることにした。でも朝からは晴れ。疲れている割には830に宿を出る。気温22度。
まず弘前城。ここは桜の名所。たしかにお堀端にも城内にも沢山桜の木が植えられている。お堀の桜と蓮がきれいだ。
ある大きなシダレザクラの説明では、普通「桜切るバカ、梅きらぬバカ」と言われるが、ここ青森では1960年からリンゴの剪定技術をもとに、施肥をしながら剪定をすることに樹勢が大幅に回復し、それ以来それが標準となり全国にもその剪定方式が広まったとの事。このシダレザクラがその剪定第一号。
通常ソメイヨシノの樹齢は60年―70年らしいが、この城内には100年を超える桜が400本以上あるとの事。さすが桜の名所！！
本丸は「ポツンと天守閣」といった感じで存在した。
ご存知だと思いますが、この本丸が立っていた場所の石垣がふくれて崩れそうになり、2015年にこの本丸自体をレールに乗せて安全地帯に移動させました。現在石垣は修理中です。
青森市にも同様の施設がありますがここはねぷた-Neputaです（地域によってねぶた-Nebutaと呼ぶ）。ねぷたは弘前から始まりました。青森市じゃないの？？？と思いましたが、よくよく歴史を考えてみると、青森市も江戸時代は弘前藩で、ここに殿様がいたわけですから当然ここから始まりました。青森県の成り立ちも当然明治維新の廃藩置県にさかのぼりますが、ここも新政府に反旗を振りかざしたかどうかで線引きされたようです。面白い記事を見つけました。https://matome.naver.jp/odai/2142571406890995001
最後に津軽三味線の生演奏も15分くらいありました。
昨日この辺りの地図を見ていて発見したのが、3年前家族で行った田舎館村。こんなに弘前に近かったのか（９ｋｍほど）と発見し再訪することに。田舎館村の役場がすごい。弘前城よりすごいんじゃないかな？
その役場の前の田んぼが有名。地面から見ると何なのかよくわかりませんが、
「田んぼアート」の発祥の地がここです。

I decided to stay in Hirosaki today due to my tiredness. Moreover, This city is the first time for me and I wanted to visit some places.
Firstly, I visited Hirosaki Castle Park where was very famous for cherry blossoms. In April,this place in the full bloom season is always broadcasted nationaliy every year. The cherry trees are old, many and big in this castle park. Usually the life of cherry tree is around 60-70 years. However, more than 400 trees in this park are over 100years here thanks to the technic of pruning apple trees in this region.
The castle wall is under repair now. Due to this, the castle tower itself was moved to the safe place by using rail in 2015. Now it stands alone.
After this castle park, I went to the village of Neputa-festival. The festival is conducted in 1/Aug to 7/Aug night. More than 70pcs of lighting floats are pulled by people. This kind of festival is done many places in North-East Japan. Hirosaki is the place of origin. In this village, Shamisen-Japanese stringed instrument performance is also shown.
Lastly, I visited Inakadate village near to Hirosaki-city. 3 years ago, I went there with my family and I enjoyed. I liked to share this interesting thing with you. The local government office is unique. It looks like a castle and it is bigger than the one of Hirosaki. In front of this office, there are paddy fields. No one understand what it is from the ground level. But, when we look down from the top of tower of this government office, we all are surprised!! This is the art which is made by many kinds of rice seeding in paddy field. There are more than 100 places in Japan like this “Paddy Field Art”. This Inakadate’s one is the place of origin!!
