Day100(29/August/2019) 伊予―宇和島(Iyo-Uwajima)

祝100日達成。それを祝ってくれるかのように晴れた。降水確率５０％なので油断はできないがうれしい。755発。気温27度。強い向かい風だ。しかし愚痴は言うまい！　昨晩女子柔道の６３ｋｇ級銀の田代選手の戦う姿を観て感動してしまった。死ぬほどの練習を重ねたのだろうな。向かい風ぐらいでごちゃごちゃ言うのは恥ずかしい！1時間半ほど走り、海岸沿いの道から、肱川（ひじかわ）に沿って九十度進路を変えて山の中へ。後で知ったのだが、丁度その進路を変えた川の河口に、長浜大橋という日本で最古の道路可動式の橋があったらしい。またその場所は冬の晴天の日に上流から冷気を伴った「肱川（ひじかわ）あらし」という強風が吹き荒れるという。いつかNHKでやっていたやつだ。写真はないので、WEB写真を張り付けます。１００Mほど行けば見れたのに残念。

それから1時間ほどこいで大洲（おおず）に到着。「伊予の小京都」と呼ばれているらしい。大洲城の城下町で古い町並みが残る。1966年のテレビ小説「おはなはん」のロケが行われた「おはなはん通り」というのがあった。50年以上前のドラマのロケ地をまだプロモートしている。その根性はすごい。故郷熊本の天草牛深も「藍より青く」で頑張ってほしいものだ！　肱川（ひじかわ）では毎晩鵜飼も行われているようだ。

「四国の山をなめたらいかんぜよ！」とばかり登りがかなり続いた。途中、親切なお姉さん（私より上だろうな）が「差し入れ」と言いながら車で追いかけてきて、缶ジュースをくれた。有難うございました！　やはり四国は「お接待文化」があるのか？　

何回か自転車を押して、やっと峠のトンネルを越えたら宇和島市に入った。

そこから２ｋｍくらいの下りで、トンネルが９つ続いた。いかに山々がうねっているか想像できる。そして宇和島駅到着。今日は何回も自転車を押したせいか、100日目にして手のひらにマメができた。

Today was the 100^th day of my journey. I celebrated by myself. There was a sunshine in the morning although the rain probability of weather forecast was 50%. I hoped it would not rain today. But there was a strong head wind. After 1.5hours, the direction of road was changed 90degrees from the coast side to the river side. There was a famous bridge, “Nagahama Bridge” at the mouse of this river (Hiji River) though I failed to visit. This bridge was the oldest road-movable-bridge in Japan. Moreover, the cold and thick fog in the winter covers this bridge. It is fantastic. Since I couldn’t take photos, I put Web photos.

After one hour, I arrived Ohzu city. This city is called as “Small Kyoto in this area”. Many old streets and houses remained. The city was still promoting a short street which was used for the famous Japanese drama more than 50years ago. In Hiji river, the cormorant fishing was conducted every night.

When I was pushing my bicycle on the slope, a lady came closer, encouraged me and gave a drink. Thanks a lot. I thought there was a culture of entertaining travelers in Shikoku Island.

The view at the entrance of Uwajima city (from the pass) was so nice. After this nice view photo, I passed 9 tunnels in 2km. I arrived Uwajima Station.
